What a wonderful cookbook! Not only does it have some great recipes that I want to try right away, but it's got stories that go along with the Irish Country series that Patrick Taylor writes. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it, and it's a wonderful addition to my huge cookbook collection.

Such a wonderful cookbook! I love the recipes, they are well written & easy to follow. The background notes on the recipes are a great bonus. I have enjoyed all of Mr. Taylor's Irish Country books. This is a perfect addition to the series. The short stories are a delight to read.

This was a nice collection of pretty basic recipes that a person would be able to make during the week. Lots of recipes with potatoes and Guinness in them so that's a bonus. Included are some cute typical Irish short stories.
